Slimmer body are more sexier, don’t you think. And belly fat is a slur on the beauty and every one wants to look beautiful. Belly fat is also referred as visceral fat which is the fat accumulates in this abdominal area. Fat can be deposited in thighs, arms or hips also but among all the other fat belly fat is more dangerous. Belly fat is distributed between the pelvis and thorax. Belly fat is metabolized by the liver and liver turned that to cholesterol which is spread in our whole body through blood. The belly fat is responsible for heart disease, diabetes, stroke and hypertension.

Lack of physical activity and wrong food selection(high calorie diet) can cause belly fat. Also in study it has been found that smoking and stress produces some hormones that are also responsible for the belly fat.

Measure your waist at the level of navel and if it comes out to be 35 inches if you are woman and 40 inches if you man, then consider yourself unhealthy.
A proper introduction of food in regular diet with exercise helps you to lose belly fat. Drink more and more water, because water is much responsible to flushed out the irrelevant components from your body. After all psychological factors also plays a important role. People use many diet plans for reduce belly but are not successful. The one of the reason may be that they do take the plan as a burden.
