When Lining surrounding the lungs becomes thicket then Pleural Mesothelioma occurs. In some patients Pleural Mesothelioma even doesn’t show any symptoms. Symptoms Pleural Mesothelioma are very common like chest pain, breathing problem which can be happen with any other disease also.

Basically lining of the lungs are composed of two parts

Parietal : It is the other layer which cover chest wall
Visceral : It is the inner layer which covers the lungs

These two layers slide over each other in breathing process. Mesothelium cells produces a lubricating fluid which flows between these two layers makes the work easier. When these cells grows orderly then they create tumor that cause inward pressure on the lung, and the problem occurs. In this process the extra thickness in layers are known as Pleural Effusion.

The Common symptoms of Pleural Mesothelioma are

Breathing Difficulty : The most common symptom is difficulty in breathing which is self understood, as lungs do the pumping work and when they feel pressure then it will be difficult for them to work properly(Looks very much same as Asthma) and cause difficulty in breathing. This will make more cough and husky throat.

Chest pain : Although the chest pain is shown at the time when disease gets into advanced stage. It is the same pressure that creates pain in chest. This pain may also be felt in  arms and shoulders.
