Peritoneal Mesothelioma is caused due to the tumors in lining of the abdominal. The lining of the abdominal covers internal reproductive organs of male and female which are called Vaginalis Testis and Serosa Uteri respectively. The fluid produced by Mesothelium cells when becomes disordered cause problem in peritoneum which shows the symptoms like

Nausea(vomiting) :  The most common symptom of the Peritoneal Mesothelioma. Nausea also can be caused by medications or such other diseases so it is very difficult to understand that this the symptom of Mesothelioma. But if some one is affected by this then this is the most common symptom among them.

Weight loss :  An uneven loss of weight loss also shows that the person may be affected by this disease.

Abdominal Pain :  As the tumor increases in size it creates pressure on the lining of abdominal which creates pain.

Ascites :  When Mesothelium cells grows heavily they produce more fluid in the peritoneum, this peritoneal fluid excess is called ascites.  This cause swelling, breath shortness, poor bowel functioning.

Due to Peritoneal Mesothelioma many people dies every year. Laparoscopy and other higher treatment are done for this disease.
