Eat smaller but more frequently : Research suggest that frequent eating is best way to lose fat. But don’t eat so much that you go out of the regular diet(required calories). It is like when we have our meal, it makes energy, the required energy is consumed but the extra one creates fat that may be deposited anywhere. So if we take smaller portion of the food, there will not any extra calories and will not able to converted into fat. Frequent eating also increases metabolism and that is good for weight loss.
Drink more and more water : 10 normal glasses of water a day at least is very beneficial for the health. It makes our body feels less hunger and also helpful to flush out many unwanted components for the healthier life.
Eat fresh and fiber food : Always try to eat fresh food (fresh vegetables and all) containing proper nutrition. The fiber food contains lot of protein that is very helpful to use the calories in effective way. Whole grain, nuts, cereals, fruits are the examples of fiber food.
Avoid Diet Pill : Try to avoid diet pills as much as you can because many diet pills have the side effects and instead of losing weight they may increase the weight. Also they do not show permanent weight loss after some time you again start gaining weight.
Exercise Every Day : You should do exercise every day. Try to use calorie-burning exercises like walking. Sit-ups or crunches are not for weight loss, because these are strengthening exercise of abdominal. Also don’t do hard exercise every day. A small change in daily routine can also be included in the exercise like use stairs instead of the elevator every day.
Sleep More : We will also want to include this as a tips because if you sleep more you will stay healthy. It does not mean to sleep for 15hr a day. We will suggest a 8hr a day complete stress free sleep. Research also suggests that people who sleep less gain more weight than who take a complete sleep.
