Exercise For Belly Fat
Cardio Exercises : Cardio Exercises are the best and effective way for weight loss. Jogging, Walking, Swimming, cycling are the some examples of the Cardio Exercises. One should always do Jogging to get more benefit, it is highly recommended. This helps to increase metabolism and reduce the excess calories. Only 30 to 60 mins Cardio Exercise is enough for a day.
Side Band
It is the simplest exercise for the stomach. Here are the following steps to do
- Stand shoulder width apart and Stand straight.
- Hold a weight (probably a dumbbell) in one hand.
- Place your other hand behind your head and slowly bend sideways to knee height lowering the weight.
- Return to an upright position and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
The Bicycle Exercise
This exercise work on all the area of the stomach. Follow the step below
- Lie on your back on the floor with your hands behind your head.
- Slightly bend your knees and bring them towards the chest and lift the shoulder off the ground
- Now straighten the left leg out to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning the upper body to the right
- Now bring the left elbow towards the right knee
- Now switch the side.

The Bycycle Exercise
Torso Twist
This is basically same as side band, the difference is that we don’t have weight in our hands now. Also the basic idea behind this exercise is to to twist the torso not the hips. Upper body should remain straight and oblique muscles must twist.
