However, these factors have the major effect on cancer risks too, according to new studies: tonsil and tongue cancers are rising in many countries specially in young, mostly under 45 and due to the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus (HPV).

According to American Social Health Association, About 75-80% of sexually active Americans usually infected with HPV sooner or later. Research in British Medical Journal claims, obese young men, at the age of 18, are more likely to die prematurely later in life than normal weight teenagers.

You can’t change your age, but you can- you should- control your weight. Most recent surveys point to an increase in the incidence of obesity in almost all the countries.

Recently, excess fat is found to be directly linked to increased risk of Colon Cancer. This disease is on the rise in men younger than even 50yr old and most likely due to obesity.

Study also conducted on Prostate Cancer patients and found that normal people are half in number than those overweight and obese men. Although story doesn’t end here obesity is not only linked to cancer but also to the headaches, high blood pressure and many other.

Diet and exercise are only the way to reduce that deadly weight to gain more healthy and fruitful life.

Life is so fast, full of tension and people only got limited time for sleep. And if in this limited time they feel hard to sleep, their working power and concentration on work loses. So a good sleep is very important for us.

In REM sleep vivid dreams occur while there is absence in Non-REM sleep. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages like during REM sleep, Certain receptors are inactive which may be necessary for their proper functioning during the awake state while Non-REM sleep may allow cells to repair membranes damaged by free radicals. Doctors suggests that dreaming sleep is much better.

As we know, where two different bones meet is called joint and stay connected through connective tissues. And we generally hear a noise when we crack these joint. The sound seems to be like ‘Tak’. Joint makes sound like popping, cracking, grinding. The noise can be heard while cracking

Knuckles maknig sound

, knees, neck, ankles and back. The lot of study shown different reasons why
this process make sound off, some are

Bubble Burst : Basically all the joints of our body is surrounded by a fluid which is clear and thick called synovial fluid. There are some gases dissolved in this fluid. When joints are pull apart in the process of cracking, the connective tissues are stretched and gives increment in volume. That makes pressure to decrease to a certain level that makes the gases in the fluid to become bubble. As the pressure further drops it makes the bubble burst that makes the sound we hear. This process is called cavitation which is very fast. Also if we try again to make the noise, generally not possible because gases takes time to dissolve again.

Knees making sound of cracking

Joints, tendons and ligaments movement : When joint moves, it cause to change the tendon’s position and when the same tendon comes to the same place it makes a snapping sound. Also when ligaments got tighten in our knee or ankle, then also we may hear the cracking sound.

Although study suggests that there is no harm in this process but habitual knuckle crackers did show some bad signs like their grip strength decreases, also after a certain age hands used to vibrate for no reason. Also the soft tissues may be damaged in this process so be careful enough. It is also true that we get increased mobility in joints after doing this cracking that makes the body parts work well. The most important is that if you feel pain in this process then you should go for some health professional. Also don’t do neck cracking, it may be harmful because of its sensitiveness.
